the producer

I have assisted businesses grow for over a decade. It was not always part of my job description at hiring, but the tasks always seemed to find their way to my desk. My tenacity for details paired with an unwavering passion for puns and structure has made me a natural fit for branding and marketing. As owner and lead collaborator, I made my dreams a reality when I started Megaphone CM.

With a degree in Television, Film and New Media from San Diego State University, I set my focus on screenwriting. To pay my bills, I worked odd jobs that added some unique items to my toolbox. My diverse background has made me a chameleon in many industries, and combined with my experience in journalism, brand development, sales and marketing, I am able to jump into the shoes of many business owners and help them find the right path and voice for their brand.

For as long as I can remember, visual design and art have been a huge part of my life. My parents have always supported my creativity, and encouraged me to pursue it. I attended the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!), and attained a Bachelors Degree in Visual Arts. Since graduating, I have done jewelry design, event design, event execution and sales, and am now focusing on my visual art full time. My favorite mediums are charcoal and watercolor.

I am currently in school at SMU studying Graphic Design, and will graduate in a few short months. I am excited to be able to add the visual designs in branding into my portfolio, and bring life to your ideas!

Growing up in North Texas, I remember my love for photography and film began at a young age. From filming home videos with my dad's old video camera, to watching classic films with my mother, I was captivated by all aspects. I followed my passions and studied Film, Television & Digital Media at TCU. After graduation, I expanded my media portfolio in a variety of settings and experiences, including working at a top production studio in Charlottesville, and managed a sound facility in Los Angeles. Bringing my focus back to photography and videography, my current projects range from weddings to corporate and local businesses. Capturing what a brand stands for through imagery is one of my passions, and I hope to help you with your next idea!
